As Al-Futtaim takes the lead in sales, the collaboration will focus on deploying ConvoZen\u2019s platform in the region. The platform processes customer support interactions across voice, chat, and digital channels. The partnership will also support Arabic-language interactions and AI-driven decision support for customer-facing operations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\">\n<p class=\"tag-border-left\">Air India-Lufthansa partnership<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>German carrier Lufthansa is exploring deeper cooperation with Tata-owned <\/strong><strong><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.airindia.com\/\" style=\"\">Air India<\/a><\/strong><strong> on routes and sales<\/strong> to offset competition from Gulf carriers on long-haul routes, according to a <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.airindia.com\/in\/en\/newsroom\/press-release\/Air-India-and-Lufthansa-Group-sign-landmark-MoU-to-advance-joint-business-partnership.html\" style=\"\">statement<\/a>.
