Dakhla port, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/business\/energy\/morocco-open-two-deepwater-ports-2026-2028-minister-says-2025-12-08\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">due in 2028<\/a>, will feature a 23-meter depth and support heavy industry, green hydrogen exports, and trade links toward West Africa and the Sahel.
