The domestic order \u2014 the largest of its kind in China \u2014 is worth over RMB 50 bn (c. The line will also stretch to reach nearby Rwanda, Burundi, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Uganda, in a bid to support intracontinental trade;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Zambia is in talks with AfDB to secure funds for its Lobito Corridor<\/strong>, which is slated to connect the mines in the copperbelt region in landlocked Zambia to Angola\u2019s Lobito port. The project has an estimated EUR 1 bn ticket, and has <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/logistics\/en\/news\/story\/e7ef532b-6b6a-4993-9498-14ca4deeb236\/us-bound-southeast-asian-exports-surge-prior-to-tariff-deadline\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">secured financing interest<\/a> for up to USD 500 mn from the US International Development Finance Corp;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ethiopia is also shopping for financial backing<\/strong> <strong>for the Bishoftu Airport\u2019s first <\/strong><strong>phase development. <\/strong>The project \u2014 <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/corporate.ethiopianairlines.com\/Press-release-open-page\/shaping-africa-s-new-aviation-gateway-the-bishoftu-international-airport\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">valued at around USD 12.5 bn<\/a> \u2014 is already on AfDB\u2019s radar, which is looking into <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/logistics\/en\/news\/story\/c1d9754d-93e7-4abd-bdd5-13ab2576fb6f\/today:-nakilat-shops-for-syndicated-loan-%2B-etihad-rail-eyed-for-kenya-project\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">providing a USD 500 mn<\/a> facility while mobilizing up to USD 8 bn investments.
