The agreements came on the back of USD 267 bn in <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/logistics\/en\/news\/story\/047b7ceb-81c5-4f2f-a2e9-9ba47dcfaa9b\/pif-backed-humain-partners-with-big-us-players-over-data-center-infrastructure\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">new agreements<\/a> with major US companies signed during the forum, featuring everything from AI and telecom to transportation and defense. <\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>#1- The Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (Sdaia) signed a flurry of <\/strong><strong>agreements with major US tech companies focused on data infrastructure<\/strong>, as well as expanding AI use in the Kingdom, it said in several posts on X. <\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>The agreements include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/SDAIA_SA\/status\/1991525186278158605\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">agreement<\/a> with <strong><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.supermicro.com\/en\/\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Supermicro<\/a><\/strong> covering server solutions, data center design, AI events, and training and e-learning programs to build local skills;<\/li>\n<li>An <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/SDAIA_SA\/status\/1991533176494387493\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">agreement<\/a> with <strong><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dell.com\/en-us\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Dell Technologies<\/a><\/strong> to support AI adoption through improved infrastructure, knowledge transfer, and national training initiatives;<\/li>\n<li>An <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/SDAIA_SA\/status\/1991635456358748640\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">agreement<\/a> with <strong><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cisco.com\/site\/eg\/en\/index.html\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Cisco Systems<\/a><\/strong> to develop scalable, AI-ready data center environments and support digital transformation in the public sector;<\/li>\n<li>An <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/SDAIA_SA\/status\/1991510207961440683\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">agreement<\/a> with <strong><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/boomi.com\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Boomi Software<\/a><\/strong> to help develop AI data centers using Boomi technology and expand knowledge-sharing programs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>#2- Microsoft is looking to offer its sovereign-cloud services in the Kingdom<\/strong>, after signing a non-binding MoU with the Public Investment Fund and the Saudi Information Technology Company (Site), according to a <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/news.microsoft.com\/source\/emea\/2025\/11\/pif-site-and-microsoft-sign-mou-to-explore-sovereign%E2%80%91cloud-services-in-saudi-arabia\/\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">statement<\/a> from Microsoft. The partnership aims to study how Microsoft\u2019s cloud model can support the Kingdom\u2019s data security, compliance, and local storage priorities, as well as collaborate on research, innovation, and knowledge sharing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>#3- <\/strong><strong><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.go.com.sa\/\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication<\/a><\/strong><strong> (Go Telecom) launched an AI platform in Silicon <\/strong><strong>Valley<\/strong>, CEO Yahya Al Mansour told Asharq Business (<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/asharqbusiness.com\/companies\/108031\/%D9%82%D9%88-%D9%84%D9%84%D8%A7%D8%AA%D8%B5%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%A7%D8%AA-%D8%AA%D8%B7%D9%84%D9%82-%D9%85%D9%86%D8%B5%D8%A9-%D8%B0%D9%83%D8%A7%D8%A1-%D8%A7%D8%B5%D8%B7%D9%86%D8%A7%D8%B9%D9%8A-%D9%81%D9%8A-%D9%88%D8%A7%D8%AF%D9%8A-%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B3%D9%8A%D9%84%D9%8A%D9%83%D9%88%D9%86\/\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">watch, runtime: 3:57<\/a>). The company is also building AI infrastructure through its Go Cloud platform to run AI models and has set up Go Cyber to provide security solutions across several sectors, he added. Additionally, the company signed 43 agreements with US-based AI firms, enabling them to offer their products and services in the Saudi market.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ON ANOTHER NOTE- Solutions secures data center hosting services from sister <\/strong><strong>company:<\/strong> <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/solutions.com.sa\/\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Arabian Internet and<\/a><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/solutions.com.sa\/\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Communications Services Company<\/a> (Solutions by STC) signed a SAR 261.9 mn, five-year contract with Center3, an stc digital infrastructure subsidiary, to receive data center hosting services across several locations in the Kingdom, it said in a <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.saudiexchange.sa\/wps\/portal\/saudiexchange\/newsandreports\/issuer-news\/issuer-announcements\/issuer-announcements-details\/?anId=91609&anCat=1&cs=7202&locale=en\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">disclosure to Tadawul<\/a>.
