UK<\/strong> chokes<\/strong> off Russian LNG trade: <\/strong>Britain is moving to ban companies from providing maritime services \u2014 including shipping services and ins. coverage \u2014 for Russian LNG trade operations, effective 2026, Reuters<\/a> reports. The move is in line with EU\u2019s latest measures to tighten the screw on Kremlin energy revenues.<\/p>\n

REMEMBER- <\/strong>The EU approved new levies against Russia that ban Russian LNG imports<\/a> from 1 January 2027, while the UK and US recently targeted Russia\u2019s two largest oil firms Lukoil and Rosneft. <\/p>\n

ICYMI-<\/strong> Europe is no longer the top importer of Russian oil and natural gas, being overtaken by<\/a>China and India<\/a>. Importing has become increasingly difficult amid increased US sanctions targeting dozens of oil traders and more than 180 tankers involved in shipping Russian oil.<\/p>\n

FedEx rolls <\/strong>out <\/strong>SAF at US airports: <\/strong>Global logistics giant FedEx has started integrating sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) deliveries at Chicago-O\u2019Hare and Miami International Airports, according to a press release<\/a>.
