Gulf <\/strong>Air appoints new CEO: <\/strong>Bahrain\u2019s flag carrier Gulf Air has tapped Martin Gauss (LinkedIn<\/a>) as chief executive officer, with the appointment slated to take effect on 4 November, BNA<\/a> reports. A former pilot, Gauss has held several senior roles, including Managing Director at Germany\u2019s Deutsche BA and CEO at Cirrus Airlines and Latvian flag carrier Air Baltic.
