Some c. 1.1 mn shares are up for grabs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>Proceeds + market cap:<\/strong> At the top of the range, the selling shareholders could rake in up to SAR 49.4 mn in proceeds, and it would give the company a market cap of SAR 705 mn at listing.
