GWC moves into Ras Al Khair Industrial Port:<\/strong> Qatar-based Gulf Warehousing Company\u2019s (GWC) energy logistics subsidiary GWC Energy Services inked an MoU with Aramco-backed Offshore Fabrication Company (OFC) to develop 100k sqm of Grade A logistics and storage facilities at Ras Al Khair Industrial Port, according to a press release<\/a>. <\/p>\n

What we know: <\/strong>The project will support OFC\u2019s operations specializing in manufacturing offshore rigs and offers offshore logistics support to drilling contractors, offshore platforms, and subsea pipeline projects, the statement notes. The firm has strategically made Ras Al-Khair Port its operational hub due to close proximity to the world\u2019s largest offshore field Safaniyah and the biggest full-service marine yard in the region, King Salman International Complex.<\/p>\n

GWC\u2019s been active this month: <\/strong>GWC will serve as an anchor tenant<\/a> in a project being developed by European real estate developer Panattoni\u2019s Saudi arm and Bahrain\u2019s GFH Financial Group premium logistics.
