<\/strong>Noatum Logistics<\/a><\/strong>has rebranded AD Ports\u2019 freight-forwarding arm <\/strong>Micco Logistics<\/a><\/strong> to <\/strong>Noatum Logistics Middle East<\/strong>,according to a statement<\/a>. Noatum Logistics Middle East will now handle Micco\u2019s operations as the freight forwarder for upwards of 80% of Abu Dhabi\u2019s oil, gas, and petrochemical projects via a 400 vehicle fleet.<\/p>\n

What we know:<\/strong> Noatum Logistics Middle East will absorb Micco\u2019s regional clients and stakeholders and leverage Noatum\u2019s scale, agility, experience, portfolio of terminal operations, maritime shipping, and logistics businesses, the statement notes. Clients and stakeholders will benefit from Noatum\u2019s 16 terminals, presence at 67 ports, 143 global offices, and 4.2k professional staff covering operations at 27 countries linked to global markets and trade routes.<\/p>\n

Background:<\/strong> AD Ports fully acquired Spanish logistics outfit Noatum in July<\/a>2023<\/a>, with the subsidiary since leading AD Ports Group\u2019s logistics cluster. Noatum has served as a growth vehicle for AD Ports, acquiring Ses\u00e9 Auto Logistics<\/a> in October<\/a>, and APM Terminals Castell\u00f3n<\/a> earlier this month.
