The EU and the Mercosur bloc of South American nations are looking to complete <\/strong>a long delayed trade treaty by early December<\/strong>, the Financial Times<\/a> reports, citing diplomats involved in the negotiations. \u201cIt is down to a few details\u2026 we will need a political decision on a couple of issues,\u201d one Brazilian diplomat said.
