The MoU also involves developing transit routes between the two nations, particularly multimodal transport, and operating<\/span><span style=\"font-weight:400;\"> the southern branch of the East-West Corridor from the southern ports of Iran to Central Asia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><span style=\"font-weight:700\">The two countries are also implementing an action plan within three months to upgrade supply chain management capacity <\/span><span style=\"\">in transport and freight to 5 mn tons a year, according to Mehr<\/span><span style=\"font-weight:400;\">.
