Adnoc <\/span><span style=\"font-weight:400;\">has yet to release an intention to float and has so far declined to comment on the alleged plans.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><span style=\"font-weight:700\">We don\u2019t know much yet: <\/span><span style=\"\">Details on the size and timeline of the offering remain under discussion and are subject to change, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight:400;\">the sources told Bloomberg.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><span style=\"font-weight:700\">Adnoc has been on an IPO spree: <\/span><span style=\"\">The company has been restructuring its operations for the<\/span><span> past several years, in line with Abu Dhabi\u2019s vision to diversify its economy and attract FDI.<\/span><span style=\"\">In its most recent IPO of a subsidiary, the group raised USD 2.5 bn from the sale of a 5% stake of <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration-skip-ink:none;-webkit-text-decoration-skip:none;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/adnocgas.ae\/\" style=\"\">Adnoc Gas<\/a><\/span><span style=\"\">, which attracted more than USD 124 bn in investor orders, <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration-skip-ink:none;-webkit-text-decoration-skip:none;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2023-03-03\/abu-dhabi-s-adnoc-gas-raises-2-5-billion-in-year-s-biggest-ipo?leadSource=uverify%20wall\" style=\"\">Bloomberg<\/a><\/span><span style=\"\">reported.<\/span><span style=\"\"> The group also listed <\/span><span style=\"\">Borouge, Fertiglobe, and Adnoc Drilling.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><span style=\"font-weight:700\">Advisors: <\/span><span style=\"\">The bookrunners for the transaction are <\/span><span style=\"\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/quote\/HRHO:EY\" style=\"\">EFG Hermes<\/a><\/span><span style=\"\">, <\/span><span style=\"\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/quote\/ACA:FP\" style=\"\">Credit Agricole<\/a><\/span><span style=\"\">, <\/span><span style=\"\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/quote\/GLE:FP\" style=\"\">Societe Generale<\/a><\/span><span style=\"\">, Arqaam Capital, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, and International Securities. Global coordinators for the transaction are HSBC Holding, Citigroup, First Abu Dhabi Bank, and JPMorgan, Bloomberg reported.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><span style=\"font-weight:700\">About the company:<\/span><span style=\"\"> Adnoc\u2019s <\/span><span style=\"\">logistics unit was created in 2016 through a merger of Abu Dhabi <\/span><span style=\"font-weight:400;\">National Tanker Co, Petroleum Services Co, and Abu Dhabi Petroleum Ports Operating Co.
