The outage came after an oversized automated security configuration file crashed parts of its network, disrupting access to major platforms, including X and chatbots like ChatGPT and Claude. <\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>The outage highlights the web\u2019s vulnerability to \u201csingle points of failure,\u201d<\/strong> as the internet largely depends on a few providers to host and manage websites\u2019 traffic.
