The country\u2019s headline reading fell to 51.6 in February, down from 53.4 in <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/logistics\/en\/news\/story\/0e84fa8d-6473-4595-9601-b29919057eff\/ksa,-kuwait-and-egypt-non-oil-private-sectors-have-a-positive-2025-kick-off\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">January<\/a>, still holding above the 50.0 mark for healthy growth.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>New orders rose solidly during the month in response to a<\/strong><strong>dvertising and price discounting<\/strong>, but the pace of expansion softened from January\u2019s reading. New export orders were up in February, but saw their slowest increase in a year-and-a-half.
