Shall we?<\/p>\n<p class=\"tag-border-left\">WATCH THIS SPACE-<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong><a id=\"wwtt1\"><\/a>#1- Italy won\u2019t stand in the way of Adnoc-backed VTTI\u2019s acquisition of Adriatic LNG: <\/strong>The Italian government won\u2019t opt for the Golden Power clause to block or restrict Adnoc-backed <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.vtti.com\/\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">VTTI<\/a> \u2019s acquisition of Italy\u2019s largest LNG terminal <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.adriaticlng.it\/en\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Adriatic LNG<\/a>, <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/markets\/commodities\/italy-clears-vttis-acquisition-70-adriatic-lng-sources-say-2024-08-06\/\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Reuters<\/a> reported, citing sources it says are in the know.
