The duties of up to <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/climate\/en\/news\/story\/1419c306-dec9-4a0d-92eb-9810a3397435\/today:-ceer-inks-major-supply-agreement-with-hyundai-%2B-uae%25e2%2580%2599s-tenderd-closes-series-a-funding-round\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">38.1% on Chinese EVs<\/a> is set to be put into effect by 2 November as the EU\u2019s investigation of unfair tax credits on the imports continues.
