Executives from the Middle East are optimistic for the year ahead, citing improvements to trade. The report surveyed the region\u2019s industry leaders on their trade and supply chain strategies, as well as their sentiments. <\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>The Middle East is expected to see<\/strong><strong> 2.3<\/strong><strong>% growth in 2024,<\/strong> as gains from a favorable global commodities market boost firms\u2019 output and boost demand. The UAE saw a 14.4% y-o-y increase in non-oil trade in 1H 2023, with KSA also working to attract FDI to develop its non-oil economy, the report said.
