form a JV with an Afghan<\/span><span style=\"font-weight:400;\"> firm to build three new piers at Iran\u2019s Anzali port. Russia is reluctant to extend the 2022 agreement brokered by the UN and Turkey, which allows for grain and fertilizer shipments to depart Ukrainian ports safely, but there\u2019s \u201cno optimism\u201d for an extension, RIA <\/span><span>qoutes<\/span><span style=\"font-weight:400;\"> an unnamed source familiar with the negotiations as saying. Steel products took the lion's share of the exports with sales worth USD 1.66 bn. Commercial airlines providing freight services also rose 30%, reaching 51 companies, compared to 39 companies in 2Q 2019. Meanwhile, the number of flights for this period also increased 6% to 51k flights, compared to 48k flights in 2Q 2019. one of its shares for every 0.0447 share of NOSCO\u2019s capital. This will see the company acquire 2,999,971 of NOSCO\u2019s shares and in return issue 67,112,933 new shares to NOSCO shareholders<\/span><span style=\"font-family:\" times=\"\" new=\"\" roman\";font-weight:400\"=\"\">. <\/span><span>A fair value study had valued NOSCO shares at EGP 58.033 apiece and Egytrans shares at EGP 2.594 apiece.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><span style=\"font-weight:700\">3x the fleet<\/span><span style=\"font-weight:700\">:<\/span><span> Upon completion of the acquisition, Egytrans\u2019 fleet will triple in size, Leheta told us. \u201cCurrently, Egytrans operates 25 regular trucks, while Nosco has 137 regular trucks, in addition to the specialized vehicles each company operates,\u201d she added. The shift away from the shipment of goods to spending on services found more than 14k jobs cut by freight and parcel carriers from May to June, the WSJ writes, citing preliminary data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Courier and messenger companies\u2019 employment contracted by 7k jobs last month, according to BLS. The <\/span><span style=\"font-weight:400;\">sector has cut more than 40k jobs since reaching a peak last October, during peak shipping season.
