BANK ALJAZIRA-<\/p>\n

<\/strong>Bank AlJazir<\/strong>a\u2019s net income gre<\/strong>w 20.3% y-o-y to SAR 382.1 mn in 2Q 2025<\/strong>, driven by a 22% rise in total operating income, though partially offset by a 22% increase in total operating expenses, it said in a disclosure to Tadawul<\/a>.<\/p>\n

MEANWHILE- Bank AlJazira\u2019s total income from financing grew 16.4% y-o-y to SAR 1.6 bn during the quarter<\/strong>, while its total income from investments fell 16.3% y-o-y to SAR 435.2 mn.<\/p>\n

On a 1H basis<\/strong>, the bank\u2019s net income was up 20.2% y-o-y at SAR 743.1 mn. Total income from financing grew 16.9% y-o-y to SAR 3.2 bn during the same period, while its total income from investments dropped 7.8% y-o-y to SAR 932.1 mn.<\/p>\n

ALINMA BANK-<\/p>\n

Alinma Bank rep<\/strong>orted an 11.1% y-o-y rise in net income to SAR 1.6 bn in 2Q 2025<\/strong>, driven by a 7.3% increase in total operating income, despite a nearly 10% rise in operating expenses, according to a disclosure to Tadawul<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The lender\u2019s total income from financing rose 5% y-o-y to SAR 3.7 bn during the quarter<\/strong>, while its total income from investment increased 24.6% y-o-y to SAR 589.4 mn.<\/p>\n

In 1H 2025, Alinma\u2019s net income climbed 12.8% y-o-y to SAR 3.1 bn.<\/strong> The bank\u2019s total income from financing increased 5.7% y-o-y to SAR 7.2 bn over the same period, while its total income from investment rose nearly 24% to SAR 1.2 bn. <\/p>\n

Dividends on the way:<\/strong> Alinma Bank\u2019s board approved distributing SAR 746.2 mn in dividends for 1H 2025 at SAR 0.30 per share, it said in a separate disclosure<\/a>. The distribution date is set for 21 August.<\/p>\n

\n

JAMJOOM PHARMA-<\/p>\n

Jamjoom Pharma <\/strong>Factory saw its n<\/strong>et income increase 23.4% y-o-y to SAR 132 mn in 2Q <\/strong>2025<\/strong>, according to its earnings<\/a>release (pdf)<\/a>. Growth was driven by improved cost margins, strong performance across its sectors \u2014 particularly ophthalmology and dermatology \u2014 and markets, and new brand launches. Revenue grew 14.6% y-o-y to SAR 396.2 mn over the same period. <\/p>\n

On a 1H basis<\/strong>, the company\u2019s bottom line jumped 37.7% y-o-y to SAR 289.1 mn, while its revenue increased 16.8% to SAR 853.7 mn.<\/p>\n

ALSO- Jamjoom\u2019s board greenlit a SAR 140 mn dividend payout for 1H 2025 at SAR 2 per <\/strong>share<\/strong>, it said in a disclosure to Tadawul<\/a>. The distribution date is slated for Sunday, 10 August. <\/p>\n

Looking ahead<\/strong>, the company is focused on deepening its presence in existing markets, rather than expanding into new ones, CEO Tarek Hosny told Al Arabiya<\/a>. He added that Jamjoom is open to acquiring pharma portfolios from other companies but is not currently looking to buy entire firms.<\/p>\n

SADAFCO-<\/p>\n

Saudia Dair<\/a><\/strong>y<\/a><\/strong>and Foodstuff<\/a><\/strong> (Sadafco) saw its net income decrease 7.9% y-o-y to<\/strong> SAR 117.7 mn in 2Q 2025<\/strong> due to a lower gross margin and higher selling, distribution, general, and administrative expenses, it said in a disclosure to Tadawul<\/a> on Thursday.<\/p>\n

Revenue, on the other hand, rose 8.7% y-o-y to SAR 785.4 mn during the quarter<\/strong>, driven by a substantial 82.6% rise in Mlekoma sales, as well as maintaining the company\u2019s market share in milk, tomato paste, and ice cream categories.<\/p>\n

On a 1H basis<\/strong>, Sadafco\u2019s bottom line was down 4% y-o-y at SAR 243.8 mn, while its top line widened 8.6% y-o-y to SAR 1.6 bn.<\/p>\n

\n

ELECTRICAL INDUSTRIES CO.-<\/p>\n

Electrical<\/a><\/strong>I<\/a><\/strong>ndustries Company<\/a><\/strong> saw its net income jump 35.9% y-o-y to SAR 136.7 <\/strong>mn in 2Q 2025<\/strong>, spurred by sales increase and product diversification, which offset the impact of high selling and distribution expenses, it said in a Tadawul disclosure<\/a> on Thursday.<\/p>\n

Revenue grew 7.4% y-o-y to SAR 531.4 mn over the same period<\/strong>, backed by growing demand across all sectors, especially across high-voltage projects.<\/p>\n

On a 1H basis<\/strong>, the company\u2019s bottom line jumped 47.9% y-o-y to SAR 260.1 mn, while its top line inched up 0.1% y-o-y to SAR 1 bn.<\/p>\n

EAST PIPES-<\/p>\n

The <\/strong>East Pipes Integrated Co<\/strong>mpany for I<\/strong>ndustry posted a 26.7% y-o-y rise in net income to <\/strong>SAR 90.3 mn in 1Q FY 2025-2026 (April through June)<\/strong> as sales volume went up and production costs per ton went down, it said in a disclosure to Tadawul<\/a>.
