The round saw participation from Japanese conglomerate <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sumitomocorp.com\/\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Sumitomo Corp.<\/a> and Dubai-based <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.global.vc\/\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Global Ventures<\/a>. This is the first strategic investment that Sumitomo made in the GCC, according to <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wamda.com\/2025\/01\/waed-ventures-leads-zension-technologies-30-million-series-a-round\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">a press release<\/a>.
