The new regulations aim to protect the rights of railway transport users. The same rule applies if the operator decides not to complete a trip due to any reasons (excluding force majeure events);<\/li>\n<li>Cancellations less than 24 hours before departure trigger a 100% refund and extra compensation equivalent to 100% of the ticket price.
