#1- <\/strong>PIF\u2019s <\/strong>Dan Company<\/a><\/strong> set to launch high-end resort in Al Ahsa<\/strong>:<\/strong> PIF\u2019s hospitality arm Dan<\/a> partnered with Abdulmohsen Al Tamimi Contracting Company<\/a> to develop Tuaja Luxury Resorts, a 1.8 mn sqm resort in Al Ahsa, according to a press release<\/a>. The resort will include 201 units, with plans to secure Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification. Details on the timeline and investment size were not disclosed.<\/p>\n
