#1- HR advisory<\/strong> Tharwah<\/a><\/strong> signed a binding MoU to acquire a 49% stake in <\/strong>Amjad Watan <\/strong>Exhibitions and Conferences Organization Company<\/strong>, a one-person entity, it said in a filing to Tadawul<\/a>. The six-month agreement will allow Tharwah to complete due diligence procedures and obtain related regulatory and shareholder approvals, before finalizing the acquisition. No financial advisor has been appointed yet.<\/p>\n

#2- <\/strong>Agricultural Development Company<\/a><\/strong> \u2014 a unit of <\/strong>Tanmiah Food<\/a><\/strong> \u2014 inked a SAR <\/strong>143 mn <\/strong>agreement to acquire a new poultry processing plant from<\/strong> Dajin Poultry Company<\/strong>, the parent company said in a filing to Tadawul<\/a>. The move plays into the company\u2019s plans to ramp up production capacity by next year. The company will tap its existing banking facilities to finance the purchase. <\/p>\n
