The shares hit the maximum of the \u00b130% band within which they are allowed to trade on the first three days during intraday trading. Starting from the fourth day of trading on the Tadawul, the band will be capped at no more than 10% up or down before circuit breakers kick in.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>Background:<\/strong> The perfume maker <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/ksa\/en\/news\/story\/be9db1b8-b532-4f70-9c78-76436b89b21d\/almajed-oud-wraps-up-tadawul-ipo\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">wrapped up its 30% stake offering<\/a> last month at SAR 94 apiece, allowing it to raise SAR 705 mn in proceeds, and giving it a market cap of SAR 24 bn at listing. The institutional tranche of the offering was <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/ksa\/en\/news\/story\/8840ea53-9e74-417e-ba28-bc929b8acb4d\/al-majed-oud-prices-its-ipo-top-of-the-range-at-sar-94-a-piece\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">15.6x oversubscribed<\/a> and the retail tranche was 8.2x oversubscribed. <\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>ADVISORS-<\/strong> BSF Capital was financial advisor and lead manager, while Baker Mckenzie provided counsel to the issuer.
