The mixed-use project will span an area of 390k sqm with a total built-up area of 1.9 mn sqm and will feature residential towers, hotels, entertainment, retail venues, and offices. The development is a JV between Shomoul Holding and regional architecture and engineering firm Pace. The Avenues will also feature one of the region\u2019s largest shopping malls at some 370k sqm in gross leasable area, in addition to an office tower and a 14k-slot parking space.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\">\n<p class=\"tag-border-left\">LOGISTICS-<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>Real estate developer Rikaz has launched the second phase of Riyadh\u2019s SAR 1.1 bn The <\/strong><strong>Node logistics park<\/strong>, <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.zawya.com\/en\/projects\/industry\/saudi-developer-rikaz-launches-phase-2-of-293mln-the-node-logistics-park-in-riyadh-c52h12sz\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Zawya<\/a> reports, citing a statement it has seen. Phase 2 of the project is slated to cover 116k sqm and is forecasted to generate around SAR 107 mn in sales.
