The company lined up Capital Market Approval for the IPO back in March. <\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>The offering:<\/strong> Some 5 mn ordinary shares are up for grabs, equivalent to a 20% stake in the company after it issued new shares and upped its share capital through a capital increase. The offering is only open to qualified investors. Investors can place orders for a maximum of 1.2 mn shares, and a minimum of 100 shares each.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>Use of proceeds: <\/strong>Some SAR 2 mn of the proceeds will be channeled towards covering the offering\u2019s expenses, while the rest is earmarked to support the company\u2019s asset growth and working capital needs. <\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>About Neft Alsharq: <\/strong>The Riyadh-based company manufactures industrial oils, greases and engine fluids for vehicles.
