The agreement was signed on the sidelines of the <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/swforum.sa\/?lang=en\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Saudi Water Forum<\/a>, which concludes tomorrow in Riyadh.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>What we know:<\/strong> The industrial complex and technical center will begin operations in 2026 and looks to \u201cmeet growing demand on desalination in the region,\u201d the statement said.
