The quarterly figure represents a 5.6x increase from the SAR 72.2 bn recorded in 2015 when the local exchange opened to foreign investors. It also approved eight transactions on Nomu in the same period, down from 20 a year before. The bulletin showed 12 companies had filed in 4Q 2023 to sell shares or list on Tadawul\u2019s main market, while 43 had filed for regulatory clearance on Nomu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>The current pipeline is looking robust<\/strong>, with the following offerings on deck for Tadawul\u2019s main market:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bankers leading the <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/ksa\/en\/news\/story\/1d76fa50-9aa2-4166-875f-2d6f8737e79a\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Miahona IPO<\/a> will issue their indicative price range release alter today;<\/li>\n<li>Fakeeh Care Group <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/ksa\/en\/news\/story\/341bef0a-b671-4d76-8852-f8d5914c345c\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">plans to sell a 21.5% stake<\/a> on Tadawul\u2019s main market;<\/li>\n<li>Electronic retailer eXtra is <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/ksa\/en\/news\/story\/b0baadd8-46d4-4499-bd0b-9eaec84bcfef\/\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">looking to float<\/a> a 30% stake UIHC, which operates its consumer finance arm under the Tasheel brand;<\/li>\n<li>PIF-backed lender Riyad Bank is <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/ksa\/en\/news\/story\/291a8d44-0629-42f6-ae3b-2f9c2eb7bcbd\/\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">considering the listing<\/a> of its investment banking arm Riyad Capital;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Hotels and resorts operator <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/ksa\/en\/news\/story\/c8620363-c996-408b-8d01-914668fdbb63\/\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Boudl<\/a> has filed to go public;<\/li>\n<li>Labor agency Smasco is in the chute;<\/li>\n<li><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/ksa\/en\/news\/story\/9da021c4-8337-47f8-b4f7-7e13f94d0e7e\/\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Fourth Milling Company<\/a> will list before the end of June;<\/li>\n<li>Singapore\u2019s <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/ksa\/en\/news\/story\/927c9005-50b0-4a1f-b4e5-599628a82d8b\/\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Olam Group<\/a> is mulling the IPO of its Olam Agri subsidiary on Tadawul;<\/li>\n<li>Hypermarket operator <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/ksa\/en\/news\/story\/eaeb2656-fa3e-4e48-8d21-772adfd9470f\/\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Lulu<\/a> is said to be eyeing a dual listing on Tadawul and ADX;<\/li>\n<li><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/ksa\/en\/news\/story\/78df2631-68ae-4b15-86cd-59bab3c278b7\/\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Aster DM Healthcare<\/a> looks set to spin-off its GCC assets and seek a dual listing on Tadawul and in the UAE.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>The number of listed companies on Tadawul\u2019s main market rose in the fourth quarter of <\/strong><strong>2023 <\/strong>to 231 companies, up from 223 in the same period a year earlier. The number of listed companies on parallel market Nomu stood at 79 at the end of last year, up from 46 the year before.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>The number of Investment funds rose 36.6% y-o-y<\/strong> to a new record of 1.2k, including 291 public funds and 994 private funds.
