#1- Al Jouf Agricultural Development reappoints chairman, vice:<\/strong> Al Jouf Agricultural Development (Jadco) has reappointed Bader Hamed Alaujan (Linkedin<\/a>) as its chairman, it said in a disclosure to Tadawul<\/a> yesterday. Alaujan has been serving as Jadco\u2019s Chairman since March 2021. Jadco also reappointed Rasheed bin Rashed bin Owain (bio<\/a>) as vice chairman.<\/p>\n

#2- Zamil Industrial Investment Co. has appointed Ahmed Zaatari (<\/strong>Linkedin<\/a><\/strong>) as its new <\/strong>CEO<\/strong>, effective today, it said in a disclosure to Tadawul<\/a> yesterday. Zaatari replaces Mohammad Sulaiman Al Harbi (bio<\/a>), who was appointed earlier as managing director. Zaatari joined Zamil Industrial subsidiary Zamil Air Conditioners in 2003 as a vice president, and held the position until 2015, before being promoted to president of the HVAC sector. <\/p>\n

#3- <\/strong>Saudi Re has named Ahmed Al Jabr (<\/strong>LinkedIn<\/a><\/strong>) as its acting <\/strong>deputy CEO<\/strong>, effective Monday, 1 April, it said in a disclosure to Tadawul<\/a>. He will be taking on the role following the resignation<\/a> of former CEO Fahad Al Hesni (Linkedin<\/a>).
