The rules, which will come into force in August, were approved by the Cabinet last month. <\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>The rationale: <\/strong>The rules aim to regulate formal incoming and outbound communications between governmental bodies and between government and the outside world.
