Excess subscription fees, if any, will be refunded on 14 March.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>Use of proceeds: <\/strong>The majority of the proceeds (81%) would be used to fund the construction of an educational compound in Riyadh. The compound is set to go live in 3Q 2026.
