Sarco elects new BoD:<\/strong> The Saudi Arabian Refineries Co. (Sarco)<\/a> has named Obaid Al Subaie (Linkedin<\/a>) as its new chairman, it said in a disclosure to Tadawul<\/a> yesterday. Al Subaie has served as the CEO of Northern Region Cement Company, according to his bio. The board also elected Abdulrahman Al Mufarreh as its new CEO.
