The transaction includes Matrix International Schools and Wahat Al Alson School in eastern Riyadh. The fund\u2019s first acquisition was Al Nobala Schools in Riyadh in July 2025.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 0;margin: 0;line-height: 1.15;text-align: left\"><strong>What\u2019s next?<\/strong> The fund plans to use these assets to build a scalable platform, with targets to partner with up to a handful of school operators in Riyadh offering both national and international curricula. It is also considering a potential listing on Tadawul by the end of its fund life, subject to market and regulatory conditions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 0;margin: 0;line-height: 1.15;text-align: left\"><strong>Part of Ashmore\u2019s education push: <\/strong>Ashmore is looking to up its investment in the local education sector to roughly SAR 1 bn, its CEO Ahmed Al Mohaisen said <a href=\"https:\/\/enterpriseam.com\/ksa\/2026\/01\/26\/rethinking-neom\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">in January<\/a>.
