Other members such as Russia, Kazakhstan, Algeria, and Oman sit outside the chokepoint, but their ability to raise output is limited. <\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>\u201cWe need to react, at least on paper,\u201d<\/strong> one Opec+ source told the newswire. The oil cartel is leaning on quotas as forward guidance rather than physical supply, using production targets to manage expectations. We also supply customers in Europe and North America from storage tanks on Egypt\u2019s Mediterranean coast and have several supertankers near Japan\u2019s Okinawa island.<\/p>\n<p class=\"tag-border-left\">Data point<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>89 mn \u2014 that\u2019s the number of visitors the Kingdom\u2019s entertainment sector <\/strong><strong>welcomed <\/strong><strong>in 2025<\/strong>, the <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/saudigazette.com.sa\/article\/660236\/saudi-arabia\/crown-prince-mohammed-bin-salman-meets-italy-pm-giorgia-meloni-in-jeddah\" style=\"\">Saudi Gazette<\/a> reported on Thursday.
