Revenue climbed 39% y-o-y to SAR 3.1 bn over the year, supported by strong demand across key segments \u2014 corporate services (up 50%) and individual services (up 15%) \u2014 alongside a 23% increase in average workforce deployed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 0;margin: 0;line-height: 1.15;text-align: left\"><strong>Dividends:<\/strong> The company distributed SAR 67.5 mn in dividends for 2025 at SAR 0.15 apiece.<\/p>\n<p class=\"tag-border-left\">Cenomi Centers<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 0;margin: 0;line-height: 1.15;text-align: left\"><strong>Cenomi Centers posted a 4.2% y-o-y increase in net income <\/strong><strong>to<\/strong><strong> SAR 1.3 bn in 2025<\/strong>, supported by ins. proceeds and a gain from the sale of Al Kharj land, it said in an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saudiexchange.sa\/Resources\/fsPdf\/30893_1381_2026-03-28_21-39-53_en.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">earnings release (pdf)<\/a>. However, 2024 was weighed down by one-off financing write-offs and higher impairments, leaving underlying net income for 2025 broadly flat (up 0.3%). Revenue fell 2.4% y-o-y to SAR 2.3 bn in 2025, mainly due to the prior-year inclusion of Dhahran Mall, while on a like-for-like basis, revenue rose 5.5%.<\/p>\n<p class=\"tag-border-left\">Najran Cement<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 0;margin: 0;line-height: 1.15;text-align: left\"><strong>Najran<\/strong> <strong>Cement\u2019s net income dropped 46.3% y-o-y to SAR 36.7 mn in 2025<\/strong>, which it attributed to lower revenues and higher cost of production inputs, it said in a disclosure to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saudiexchange.sa\/wps\/portal\/saudiexchange\/newsandreports\/issuer-news\/issuer-announcements\/issuer-announcements-details\/?anId=93891&amp;anCat=1&amp;cs=3002&amp;locale=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tadawul<\/a>. Its topline declined 3.4% y-o-y to SAR 516.1 mn during the year on the back of drops in sales prices and volumes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding: 0;margin: 0;line-height: 1.15;text-align: left\"><strong>Also<\/strong>, Najran Cement secured a SAR 49 mn facility from Saudi National Bank to back its electrical grid connection project, it said in a separate <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saudiexchange.sa\/wps\/portal\/saudiexchange\/newsandreports\/issuer-news\/issuer-announcements\/issuer-announcements-details\/?anId=93880&amp;anCat=1&amp;cs=3002&amp;locale=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">disclosure<\/a>.
