Ronaldo buys a 25% share in Spain\u2019s UD Almeria<\/p>\n

Cristiano Ronaldo is officially moving into the owner\u2019s box, <\/strong>snapping up a 25% stake in Spanish side UD Almer\u00eda, the club said in a statement<\/a>. While the price tag was not disclosed, the transaction was finalized through CR7 SA\u2019s subsidiary CR7 Sports Investments. The club, currently sitting third in Spain\u2019s second division, has a strong Saudi connection \u2014 it\u2019s controlled by entrepreneur Mohamed Al Khereiji. <\/p>\n

A dream come true?<\/strong> For Ronaldo, the acquisition could be the start of a post-retirement blueprint. \u201cFor a long time, my ambition has been to contribute to football beyond the pitch,\u201d the club quoted him saying, bringing him one step closer to his stated dream<\/a> of building a multi-club empire once he hangs up his boots. <\/p>\n

The Kingdom imposes 90-day stay limit on GCC-registered vehicles<\/p>\n

Veh<\/strong>icles registered in GCC countries cannot stay in Saudi Arabia for more <\/strong>than 90 days within any 365-day period<\/strong>, whether consecutive or not, Saudi Gazette<\/a> reported citing new regulations approved by the Council of Ministers.<\/p>\n

The details:<\/strong> The rules apply to vehicles owned or authorized for use by Saudis and expatriates, excluding rentals from licensed GCC establishments. Owners must register vehicle data at customs ports upon entry, and extensions can be requested from the Interior Ministry before the 90-day limit. Overstaying will incur penalties under the Traffic Law.<\/p>\n
