Steel pipe maker ArcelorMittal Jubail, another PIF-backed player, is reportedly working with Moelis and looking to tap more banks for <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/enterpriseam.com\/ksa\/2026\/01\/18\/dusting-off-the-ipo-playbook\/\" style=\"\">its potential IPO<\/a>, which was first announced last month.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>Still eyeing a float: <\/strong>Local contractor Mutlaq AlGhowairi \u2014 which was said to be <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/enterpriseam.com\/ksa\/2025\/08\/21\/sports-ministry-kicks-off-tender-process-for-al-najma-al-okhdood\/\" style=\"\">mulling a 2026<\/a><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/enterpriseam.com\/ksa\/2025\/08\/21\/sports-ministry-kicks-off-tender-process-for-al-najma-al-okhdood\/\" style=\"\">IPO<\/a> earlier last year \u2014 continues to explore a share sale that could value it at SAR 12-15 bn with no material update on timing or mandates, according to the business news service.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>Why it matters: <\/strong>Issuers could be seeing a reopening window as Tadawul still lacks a marquee listing so far in 2026, and many recent IPOs are trading under their debut level. Whether investors agree and at what price will determine if this is a pipeline revival or just preparatory positioning.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\">\n<hr style=\"height:2px;border-width:0;color:gray;background-color:gray\">\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><a id=\"wwtt2\"><\/a> <strong>ENERGY \u2014 Aramco tests appetite for Jafurah on the global condensate table: <\/strong>Aramco reportedly sold several ultra-light crude oil cargoes from the USD 100 bn Jafurah gas project to US majors and an Indian refiner ahead of its first export later this month, <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/business\/energy\/saudi-aramco-sells-first-jafurah-condensate-cargoes-us-firms-india-sources-say-2026-02-23\/\" style=\"\">Reuters<\/a> reports, citing trade sources. Production at the gas plant \u2014 the largest liquid-rich shale gas field in the Middle East \u2014 <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/enterpriseam.com\/ksa\/2025\/12\/04\/jafurah-gas-plants-first-phase-comes-online\/\" style=\"\">started<\/a> late last year. The first phase came online with 450 mmcf\/d of capacity, and the project is expected to reach full capacity at 2 bcf\/d by 2030.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>SOUND SMART- <\/strong>Shale-style gas fields like Jafurah produce condensate alongside gas \u2014 the liquid hydrocarbon that drops out of gas once pressure falls. Condensate isn\u2019t technically crude, but it trades like it (priced against oil benchmarks) and runs through refineries.
