HAPPENING TODAY-<\/p>\n

#1- The Red Sea International Film Festival is in full swing<\/strong>. Between the star-packed talks, Women in Cinema tributes, and the daily parade of actors trying to survive Jeddah\u2019s red-carpet winds, the festival still has days to go, set to wrap up next Saturday.<\/p>\n

The heartbeat of the festival this year is the Saudi slate<\/strong>. Hijra, the Kingdom\u2019s Oscar submission, is drawing praise for Shahad Ameen<\/strong>\u2019s sharp direction and its soulful take on the road-movie genre. #2- <\/strong>The <\/strong>Digital A<\/a><\/strong>cceleration and Transformation Expo<\/a><\/strong> (DATE) kicks off today at the JW <\/strong>Marriott hotel in Riyadh. <\/strong>The two-day event, organized by Trescon, is expected to attract over 2k government officials, investors, and industry leaders to discuss advancements in AI, blockchain, FinTech, HealthTech, and the metaverse. It is co-located with the Climate Action and Renewable Energy<\/a> (CARE) series and will also feature initiatives to promote women in technology.<\/p>\n

<\/a> <\/strong>Tadawul\u2019s IPO pipeline is picking up fresh momentum<\/strong>, with ongoing listings moving foward, and regulators greenlighting and receiving new IPO and transition requests. The flurry signals another active stretch ahead for 2026 listings.<\/p>\n

Consolidated G<\/a><\/strong>runenfelder Saady Holding<\/a><\/strong> (CGS) will begin trading on Tadawul\u2019s main <\/strong>market tomorrow<\/strong>, according to a Tadawul statement<\/a>. The listing\u2019s institutional tranche saw stellar demand, closing over 60x oversubscribed, while the retail portion was undersubscribed<\/a>. The offer price \u2014 at SAR 10 per apiece \u2014 values the company at around SAR 1 bn at listing and will see selling shareholders raise roughly SAR 300 mn in gross proceeds.<\/p>\n

ALSO- <\/strong>Qualified inves<\/strong>tors have until tomorrow to subscribe to the retail portion of Alramz <\/strong>Real Estate\u2019s 30% stake offering on Tadawul\u2019s main market<\/strong>, after the window opened yesterday, Tadawul said on X<\/a>. Each investor can subscribe to a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 250k, with the final allocation slated for Monday, 15 December. The final offer price will see it raise SAR 900.2 mn in gross IPO proceeds, according to our calculations, implying a market cap of SAR 3 bn at listing.<\/p>\n
