The Royal Commission for Riyadh City, in collaboration with Qiddiya Investment and the National Centre for Privatisation &amp; PPP, received expressions of interest from 68 contractors, 23 design and project management consultants, 16 investment firms, 12 rail operators, 10 rolling stock providers, and 16 other service companies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>The details: <\/strong>The project \u2014 for which registration <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/ksa\/en\/news\/story\/6354d328-316a-4e78-af00-a1e60fb3be46\/cap-on-foreign-ownership-in-listed-companies-to-be-lifted-soon\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">opened in September<\/a> \u2014 will link King Salman International Airport, the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), and Qiddiya City in around a 30-minute route, with trains reaching speeds of up to 250 km\/h. The project will take place under a public-private partnership (PPP) model in two phases. Zan includes residential, commercial, and recreational facilities, overlooking the Jazan waterfront and spanning 300k sqm of land.
