Also leading this morning\u2019s news well<\/strong>: October was a strong month for non-oil private sector growth, with the highest expansion rate since January and the second highest in almost 11 years. Let\u2019s dive in.<\/p>\n

HAPPENING TODAY-<\/p>\n

#1- <\/strong>Sahat Almajd Trading Company<\/a><\/strong> rings the opening bell on the Nomu parallel market <\/strong>today<\/strong>, according to a Tadawul disclosure<\/a>. The company\u2019s shares will be allowed to trade within a 30% price fluctuation cap and a static 10% band.<\/p>\n

REFRESHER-<\/strong> The firm floated a 12.5% stake<\/a> \u2014 good for up to 4.4 mn shares \u2014 at SAR 7<\/a>apiece<\/a> in a primary offering on Tadawul\u2019s parallel market. Proceeds, excluding SAR 2 mn in IPO-related costs, will be used to fund Sahat Almajd\u2019s growth plans and widen its operational assets by an estimated SAR 50 mn.<\/p>\n

#2- The <\/strong>Biban Forum<\/a><\/strong> kicks off today at the Riyadh Front Exhibition and <\/strong>Conference.<\/strong> The four-day event, organized by Monsha\u2019at, is expected to attract visitors from 150 countries, featuring discussion panels with 200 speakers, interactive workshops, and up to 1k exhibitions of breakthrough innovations targeting startups and SMEs.<\/p>\n

Monsha\u2019at expects to sign over SAR 20 bn worth of agreements during the forum<\/strong>, designated for SME funding, spokesman Bader Al Nadi told Asharq yesterday (watch, runtime: 06:05<\/a>).<\/p>\n
