Hamad Mohammed Bin Saedan Real Estate Company\u2019s <\/strong>Nomu IPO<\/a><\/strong> was <\/strong>114.2% covered<\/strong>, according to a disclosure<\/a>. The real estate player is selling 4.24 mn shares (17.6% of its pre-IPO capital, or 15% post-IPO) at SAR 13.50 per share, valuing the company at SAR 381.2 mn at listing.<\/p>\n

Use of proceeds: <\/strong>Net proceeds \u2014 after SAR 3.5 mn in offering costs \u2014 will go toward the company\u2019s SAR 53.7 mn expansion plans and future projects. Management may also tap its own liquidity or raise additional financing if needed, while any surplus will be funneled to working capital. Existing shareholders will not receive any proceeds from the offering.<\/p>\n

ADVISORS-<\/strong> Alinma Capital is acting as the lead manager on the transaction, Merchants Capital is serving as the financial advisor, and AlShareef & Partners is providing counsel.<\/p>\n
