Sumou Global Investment<\/a><\/strong> raised SAR 500 mn in SAR-denominated <\/strong>sukuk offered via <\/strong>private placement <\/strong>as the company tapped the debt market for the first time, the issuance\u2019s sole arranger and bookrunner Riyad Capital said in a press release<\/a> yesterday. The offering \u2014 which marks the first sukuk issuance of its kind in the Kingdom\u2019s real estate sector \u2014 was upsized from SAR 300 mn after attracting almost twice the intended subscriptions from institutional and retail investors.<\/p>\n
