The flagship project \u2014 the first of its kind in the region \u2014 will be developed in partnership with the German company Al Otaishan-Schmidt, managed by Al Otaishan Holding, and is expected to be operational by November 2026, Al Otaishan said.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>The holding company is currently mulling the public listing of its subsidiaries<\/strong>, Al Otaishan said. The company is currently working on overhauling managerial and financial governance for up to three companies over the next three years, after which the board will decide whether to move on with IPOs, subject to market conditions, he added.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>IN THE PIPELINE- <\/strong>Al Otaishan Holding is set to develop a 21k sqm food warehouse in Al Khumrah, Jeddah. Early-stage plans include a hospitality venture in Al Qassim and a 10-story project in Buraidah with commercial spaces.
