The IPO could potentially raise some USD 1.7-1.8 bn (AED 6.24-6.61 bn), <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.zawya.com\/en\/markets\/equities\/uae-retail-giant-lulu-group-to-float-25-in-ipo-next-week-to-raise-around-18bln-ty3rbviu\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Zawya<\/a> quoted sources it says are in the know as saying last week, while <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2024-10-18\/top-mideast-grocer-lulu-is-said-to-gauge-ipo-appetite-next-week\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Bloomberg<\/a> said the IPO could give the company a valuation of \u201cat least\u201d USD 5 bn. <\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>REFRESHER- <\/strong>Last February, <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/uae\/en\/news\/story\/03d1a1ba-d94b-4ddd-8743-ee41a54f980b\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">unconfirmed reports suggested<\/a> that Lulu was considering a dual-listing on the Abu Dhabi Exchange and Tadawul.
