Meanwhile, Talaat Moustafa Group saw its net income <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/enterpriseam.com\/egypt\/2026\/05\/13\/egypts-largest-listed-developer-talaat-moustafa-reports-jump-in-income-revenue\/\" style=\"\">jump 24% y-o-y<\/a> to EGP 5.5 bn in 1Q. Investors are wagering on continued inflation growth, expecting average annual inflation to level out at 2.7% over the next five years. But US stock markets don\u2019t seem rattled by the (seemingly endless) conflict. Later in the week, the US Senate confirmed Kevin Warsh as the next head of the Federal Reserve, taking over from outgoing chief Jerome Powell.
