Building materials were the most in-demand export in 1Q 2024, accounting for 20.4% of our total exports, followed by foodstuff, chemical products and fertilizers, and agricultural exports.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>DEBT WATCH-<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>Qalaa offloads 18% of its stake in Taqa Arabia in debt settlement agreement:<\/strong> Qalaa Holdings <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/egypt\/en\/news\/story\/bcf5cb2f-3ac0-44bc-acfc-663be1713a73\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">has signed<\/a> a debt settlement agreement with Banque Misr, Banque du Caire, Arab African International Bank, and Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait to settle the entirety of its EGP 4.5 bn debt in exchange for a 17.68% stake \u2014 239 mn shares \u2014 in Taqa Arabia and a land plot overlooking the Nile. His son is always getting himself in trouble and his wife complaints about their deteriorating home get to Saleh, making him feel helpless and unappreciated.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>When Dorreya takes her son to a wedding in Alexandria, Saleh discovers a strange<\/strong><strong> vortex-like hole in his home\u2019s storage room. <\/strong>He stumbles into it and teleports to another dimension. There he arrives at a better, cleaner version of his own home and, coincidentally, of himself, his family, and friends. This \u2018other world\u2019 is akin to the Good Place, everyone is nice to everybody and is leading an idealistic existence. <\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>In this alternative universe, he is respected and appreciated <\/strong>and decides to pull a \u2018Prince and the Pauper\u2019 scheme to swap places with his well-groomed look alike (non-consensually, of course). Dorreya then discovers his secret and joins him, along with their son, to get on with the life they believe they deserve.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>It is funny and relatable.<\/strong> That being said, the only hiccup would be that the movie is somewhat slow-paced when it comes to the narrative. It eventually speeds up and the end is rushed which undermines the true essence and moral of the story \u2014 which is that the grass isn\u2019t always greener on the other side \u2014 in case you were wondering. <\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>The great performances didn\u2019t come as a surprise, <\/strong>especially with the talents like Hesham Maged \u2014 who starred in Ramadan\u2019s <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/egypt\/en\/news\/story\/0d651cbd-248c-4d23-bb3f-08454e001df2\/ashghal-shaqa-is-emerging-as-one-of-the-comedic-series-to-watch-this-ramadan\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Ashghal Shaqa<\/a> \u2014 and Bayoumi Fouad, who needs no introduction. Although punchy, the writing also develops the characters extremely well.
