Even if you can achieve just one thing \u2014 you are on the right track. <\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;text-align:left\"><strong>The holidays are a good time to begin.<\/strong> As counterintuitive as this may sound, if you are lucky enough to have just an easier, shorter working day, or a day or two off, using it to set up the pillars of your routine will help you set your pace for a few weeks or months \u2026 until the next longer holiday when you can reset and start again.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;text-align:left\"><strong>#1- We hate to say it, but your morning routine actually starts with your night routine.<\/strong>Sorry, night owls, but an early bedtime really does make all the difference<strong>.<\/strong>Setting a fixed bedtime and wake-up time helps set your <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s41598-017-03171-4?utm_medium=affiliate&utm_source=commission_junction&utm_campaign=CONR_PF018_ECOM_GL_PHSS_ALWYS_DEEPLINK&utm_content=textlink&utm_term=PID100024933&CJEVENT=cc6affdb884011ee8396031f0a18b8f9\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">circadian rhythm<\/a> which improves your overall quality of sleep. It regulates body temperature, lubricates your joints, and protects sensitive tissues. This will definitely take some getting used to, but it\u2019s for the better, we promise. Those extra minutes don\u2019t grant you productive sleep. The. Phone. Penelope Cruz is enchanting as Laura Ferrari: Look for moments of complete silence as Cruz extends her character\u2019s message simply through her eyes and expressions. Try to control your nerves when she catches wind of Ferrari\u2019s affair and pursues Lina. <\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>Then there are the cars and the races. <\/strong>To push out the competition and perhaps score a partner to pump money into Ferrari, Enzo is advised to participate in the <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/1000miglia.it\/en\/\" style=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Mille Miglia<\/a>, a historical race in Italy to drive for 1k miles. They are organized, clean, and eager to serve. <\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>Their meats are the belle of the ball: Fettah, kebab, <\/strong><strong>roz<\/strong><strong>maamar<\/strong><strong> (rice with milk cooked in a clay pot with some form of meat or poultry) <\/strong>\u2014 all the dishes have ample servings of meat, chicken, or pigeon \u2014 and are heavy on the ghee. You\u2019ll note that they serve their food to you on plastic dishes but only so that they can quickly pack it for you as they are certain you won\u2019t be able to finish your meal. <\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>They serve food and spectacle\u2026which makes it ideal for taking your non-Egyptian friends or<\/strong><strong> business clients. <\/strong>Here the concept is to give all patrons the royal experience, plush chairs, plenty of ventilation, hearty food, and quick service. And they cater to Instagrammable\/TikTok content, the food\u2019s arrangement is appetizing and then there is the drum roll every time a plate of molokhia is served\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>\u2026which can be the caveat to this experience. <\/strong>The venue can get quite noisy and busy \u2014 especially since the children\u2019s play area is inside the \u2018palace\u2019. They do try to lower the volume on the giant TV screen indoors, but sometimes it does not help, as they are still parading every plate of molokhia served. <\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>PRO TIP- <\/strong>Kasr El Kababgy pulls quite a crowd, so book in advance or go before 3pm. Also, they have two locations in New Cairo and Sheikh Zayed, so you will find parking spots. For those of us with little self-control and a lot of time to kill over the weekends, this has proven to be a dangerous game.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>The idea is simple: Pocket the billiards.<\/strong> Sink the balls on pool tables that come in all shapes and sizes before you run out of shots or lives. Rebounds, long shots, posthumous shots (pocketing a ball after you\u2019ve pocketed yourself), multiple sinks with one shot\u2026there\u2019s a wealth of mechanical achievements to unlock.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>The Newtonian physics makes sense, the clicking and clacking of the billiards are<\/strong><strong> satisfying,<\/strong> and because the game is so simple, even with the graphics, there\u2019s never any lag or sticky images, even on your phone. The premise is a no-brainer, yes, but sometimes that\u2019s exactly what you need to unwind and take a rest from all the complicated mechanics of open worlds, crafting, and strategy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>Did we mention our favorite bit about it being available on your phone\u2019s app store?<\/strong> You won\u2019t believe this but once you buy the game, there are no in-app purchases, and no ads to interrupt your game \u2014 even between lives or levels. This is a given for PC and console games, but it\u2019s been a while since we\u2019ve been able to enjoy an app store game this way.
