Prior to that, he was head of risk management at CI Capital and spent eight years as a portfolio manager at EFG Hermes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>Radwan\u2019s appointment completes a broader reshuffle of Egypt\u2019s top financial regulators.<\/strong> He succeeds Islam Azzam, who ran the EGX in 2H 2025 before moving on <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/enterpriseam.com\/egypt\/2026\/03\/10\/egypts-financial-regulatory-authority-appoints-islam-azzam-as-new-head\/\" style=\"\">last month<\/a> to head the Financial Regulatory Authority.
