The \u201chealthy margin\u201d reflects the strong growth in rental revenues and a dip in interest expenses, which helped offset the halt in sales. Revenues climbed 46% y-o-y over the same period to a record EGP 62.5 bn, as the group benefited from strong delivery momentum and a growing base of recurring income.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>Real estate was the main driver of top-line growth<\/strong>, with segment revenue increasing 50% y-o-y to EGP 36.7 bn on the back of deliveries across Madinaty, Al Rehab, and Celia, as well as the initial EGP 6.5 bn revenue contribution from the Banan project in Saudi Arabia.
