Nawy Shares secured approval from the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) to <\/strong>operate in underwriting, public offering promotion, and real estate investment fund management<\/strong>, according to a company statement (pdf)<\/a>. The approval allows Nawy Shares to expand its services and roll out new, secure, and transparent investment products that ensure compliance and investor protection.<\/p>\n

The move advances efforts to create a regulated model for fractional real estate <\/strong>investment<\/strong>, bringing the emerging segment under FRA supervision to ensure compliance, transparency, and investor protection, according to the statement. <\/p>\n

REMEMBER<\/strong>- The FRA has recently rolled out a <\/a>new framework for fractional real estate<\/a> investment, allowing investors to buy and trade units in real estate funds under tighter governance and disclosure rules. The move aims to expand access to property-backed investment vehicles and deepen liquidity in the domestic non-bank financial markets.<\/p>\n

What they said:<\/strong> \u201cWe introduced the fractional real estate investment model from the very beginning, and today we see that idea evolve into an officially regulated framework that is transforming the investment landscape in Egypt.
